Stop using the equipment. Disconnect only if safe and have a licensed electrician or qualified service professional inspect it.
Gas odor or heater fault
Shut down according to the manual, leave the area, and contact the gas utility/emergency service or a qualified technician.
Hot-tub temperature above 104°F / 40°C
Do not enter. Correct the temperature and verify the controls; pregnant users should consult a healthcare provider.

- Never mix different pool chemicals or residues.
- Use clean, dry, dedicated measuring tools.

- Add one product at a time and allow label-directed circulation before another correction.
- Never add water to concentrated chemicals; follow the label’s dilution order.
- Do not store incompatible products together.
